A modern remake of an old Dorking Beer! This white IPA is chock-full of Simcoe and Mosaic to give plenty of grapefruit and blueberry on the nose. The addition of a classic Belgian yeast strain gives gentle phenolics and a crisp finish that’ll leave you wanting more!
