Dorking brewery is a 12 year old independent brewery based on the Surrey / Sussex border. 2017 saw us open our state of the art brewhouse, able to produce over 35,000 pints a week.
We make exciting, modern style beers but keep to traditional brewing methods along the way, inspired by the best ingredients, flavours and techniques from all over the world.
Our process is as natural and environmentally friendly as possible. 97% of our malt comes from East Anglia and our spent grains are taken 15 metres down the farm to be fed to the local dairy herd.
We are now a carbon negative brewery, further helping the environment we live in.
We hope you enjoy our beer.
We are one of the larger Surrey Breweries, and we pride ourselves on the fantastic local customers we have.
We invest heavily in staff training to produce the best beer we can – all our brewers are qualified by the Institute of Brewing and Distilling to enable quality and consistency for every pint.
Our process of making beer is as natural and environmentally friendly as possible, – water, grain, hops. That’s it!! 97% of our grain comes from East Anglia, and our spent grain is taken 15 metres down the farm to be fed to the local dairy herd.
This year the brewery will become carbon negative, further helping the Surrey Hills environment we live in.
