West St Lager is named after the historic Dorking street that The Old House At Home, our flagship pub, is situated on. This approachable lager is inspired by classic Czech style pilsners, made with super soft water and Saaz hops, for a refreshing and crisp finish.

IBU
International Bitterness Units. A scale of how bitter a beer is perceived to be with less bitter beers ranking lower on the scale.
It is a Czech-style lager brewed in Surrey with soft water and Saaz hops, then given time to condition properly. Crisp and clean rather than mass-produced.
What does West Street Lager taste like?
Soft water and Saaz hops give a refreshing, crisp finish with a gentle bready malt underneath. 4.5% ABV.
What is the difference between a lager and an ale?
Lager is fermented cold with lager yeast and conditioned slowly, which gives a cleaner, crisper result. Ale is fermented warmer and tends to be fruitier. West Street is our lager.
What food goes with West Street Lager?
Pizza, schnitzel, anything fried, or just on its own on a warm day. The crisp finish resets the palate.
