Our taproom is The Tap & Gun, on Aldhurst Farm in Capel. It was a cattle shed before we moved in, and now it is where we pour our beer fresh from the source, a few metres from where it is brewed. Come to collect an order, pick up cans or a mini keg to take away, or stay for a pint.

Our flagship pale ale harnesses the incredible Citra and Chinook hops from Yakima valley on the west coast of America, creating a juicy combination of citrus and tropical flavours.

We run a guided tour of the brewhouse every Saturday at 11.30am. It lasts about 45 minutes and includes a beer tasting. Tours are £15 per person.
You will see how the beer is made, from grain to glass, and taste it fresh at the end. Book your place online.

Very interesting tour of the brewery, plenty of beer to sample, staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and entertaining!
Had an amazing time on the brewery tour today! The staff were fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I learned so much about the beer-making process, from the ingredients to the brewing techniques. To top it all off, the beer tastings were excellent—each one had a unique flavour, I had to buy some to take home. Highly recommend this tour to anyone who loves beer or just wants a fun and informative experience. Cheers to the team!
Came along for a tour for the Heritage Open Day and had a fantastic time - very generous hosts (David and Jim) making sure everyone had a glass topped up and incredibly knowledgeable. Thank you so much!
